Greenrev is a dynamic Singapore-based brokerage company established in 1996. We deal in recyclable computers, printers, copiers and their consumables. This site focuses on our empty cartridge brokerage business catering to the remanufacturing industry.
Our global presence allows us access to multiple markets for all sourcing requirements. A large network of customers and suppliers ensures that we meet volume demands of commonly used as well as hard to find empties. We process approximately 100, 000 empty cartridges each month.
Being in the used commodity market place, we recognize customer / supplier servicing as the most critical component of a business transaction. Greenrev prides itself on having excellent CRM strategies and a dedicated team of professionals.
Our core policies revolve around building a company with impeccable ethics, prompt payment settlements and customer recourse through after sales service support.

We have a dedicated staff to handle customer and supplier queries 18 hours a day and 6 days a week and reply to all e-mails within 24 hours. We believe in providing detailed information at all stages to our customers and suppliers alike.
This includes detailed reports for inspection, MIS, transactional and tracking reports.
Our hallmark is our customer service. To this end, we have implemented CRM strategies and placed Key Account Managers to handle individual client accounts.
